PTFE Lined Flange Flexible Hose
A flange stainless steel flexible hose assembly consists of a corrugated hose as leakproof and pressure-bearing element, hose braiding to absorb longitudinal force due to inner pressure as well as radial support for the hose and connection fittings as an interface to the surroundings. In addition, it is possible to mount a PTFE liner for increasing the chemical stability or for reducing the loss of pressure as well as an outer round wire coil or a protective hose to protect the metal hose mechanically.
PTFE materials are known for their excellent chemical resistance, which allows PTFE lined flange flexible hose to provide excellent protection when transporting corrosive chemicals.
