Smooth Bore Stainless Braided PTFE Hose
Smooth bore stainless braided ptfe hose comprises a straight PTFE hose liner with single or double layer stainless steel wire outer braided, and is the basic PTFE hose design being used successfully in many automotive, fluid handling, chemical transfer, paint, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, cosmetics and general-purpose applications. The hose core is made from virgin 100% PTFE resin without any pigment or additive. the wire braiding is produced from ss304, ss201 or ss316 stainless steel wire.
Stainless steel braided PTFE hose features:
Low chemical activity, resistance to various chemicals, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to age, low surface friction coefficient, strong adhesion resistance, excellent electrical properties, and can add anti-static function. temperature range -70℃~260℃. The maximum working pressure, bursting pressure, decreases its efficiency as the working temperature increases.
