Smooth Bore Stainless Braided PTFE Hose
Smooth bore stainless braided ptfe hose comprises a straight PTFE hose liner with single or double layer stainless steel wire outer braided, and is the basic PTFE hose design being used successfully in many automotive, fluid handling, chemical transfer, paint, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, cosmetics and general-purpose applications. The hose core is made from virgin 100% PTFE resin without any pigment or additive. the wire braiding is produced from ss304, ss201 or ss316 stainless steel wire.
Stainless braided PTFE hose features:
Low chemical activity, resistant to various chemicals, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to age, low surface friction coefficient, strong anti-adhesive, excellent electrical properties, and can add anti-static function. temperature resistance range -70°C~260°C. Maximum working pressure, burst pressure, as the working temperature rises, its efficiency decreases.
Stainless braided PTFE hose specifications:

In order to protect the woven hose as well as to protect the operators in the field, we can add a protective coating. the materials we cover include but are not limited to PVC, glass fiber, TPU, silicone, polyester, fireproof cotton, cotton yarn (thread) of various colors, aramid etc.
PVC layer - Protective stainless steel braided layer for automotive/motorcycle retrofit brake lines.
Glass fiber - Insulation (thermal insulation).
TPU thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer - abrasion resistance, tear resistance, high tensile strength, good for protection of knitting layer.
Silicone layer - thermally insulated, high abrasion resistance.
Dacron polyester layer - heat-insulating, high strength and elastic recovery, high conformability, and wrinkle resistance.
Cotton yarn layer- Thermally insulated with an anti-crimp effect.
Motley cotton yarn colored cotton yarn layer - insulated, recognizable.
Aramid fiber aromatic fiber layer - Thermal insulation, enhanced working pressure.
